there's a few reasons i think it isnt a go kart track. it's too thin, for one thing. i dont know what the exact measurements are but it seems to be near what the wheel base of the vans parked near there would be. also, without any hay bails or anything for when mistakes happen it may be a but painful to be skipping through the cactus on your butt.

i wouldnt rule out radio controlled cars or anything like that but i think trying to bring that stuff onto the base might be a problem for security purposes.

i'm more inclined to believe that something small and slow is being tested on the track. maybe for endurance purposes?
