I mailed out the Satellite Image DVDs to those who contributed to this project this morning. Thanks again to all of you who helped make this possible. I am particularly glad to see that many of the names are the same as for our 2007 satellite image. Thank you for your continued support! For anyone interested in the final numbers: We had 34 donations for a total of $3,404. Since we had more funds than needed for the min. order size, I went ahead and ordered a larger area, covering some of the remote sites in the north and west of Groom Lake. The satellite image was $3100. Payment processing fees (PayPal and credit card processing) $105. DVDs and mailing supplies: $50. Postage (incl. 5 international): $70. Total: $3,325. That leaves a total of $79 in the bank for the next satellite image...
