There is a second simular point on the backside of the track on return loop along the adjacent highway. I am guessing that a vehicle drives a slow orbit on these circuits while either taking test data or providing a test subject. I have this gut instinct that as time goes on we are going to see the racetrack road turning yellowish green like over on the little straight track to the North East of the new hanger. This is the short isolated straight track with the odd black circle that looks like a turn around spot.
