i doubt anyone was taking the racing thing seriously but as someone with racing experience i can tell you that this is definately not a race track for a few logical reasons. a slower speed test track seems to be the answer.

some of the stuff i was thinking about was that there is no paved pathway to get from the paved road onto the track. that would mean that whatever was using the track would be a small vehicle carried there by another vehicle (such as the white van in the southeast pad?) or that it would not matter if the tires got dirt and rocks and stuff into them (meaning they probably arent that important or high tech).
