A couple of other things. There seems to be a less defined "white dot" where all the tow lines come together north of the hangar. My guess is that is where the vehicle will stop at the end of a test mission and it is another surveyed location. Also note the construction stuff to the South of the hangar in the dirt which would also support the fact that work is still going on.
