I'm wondering if the parking spot in front of the hangar is for a chase plane to park up at after a sortie with the test aircraft? Perhaps to un-load classified film and data from after a test flight? I'd imagine the test aircraft would go straight into the hangar after a flight, hence the doors on both sides.
