The vote was 420-1 on House Joint Resolution 64 "To authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks launched against the United States." The lond vote against the resolution was cast by Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.):

Some backround on the "Honorable" Barbara Lee
"In the House, Lee took part in the citizens delegation to Cuba tour and came back convinced that the U.S. embargo against Cuba should be lifted. I think she would appreciate a few emails telling her waht you think of her vote casting decisions, and maybe we in California should start looking at who we vote for rather than just making sure they are a Democrat :(
