Thanks for the insight. With the level of activity, expendatures, and heavy equipment utilized, the notion that it is all visible and routine is very unlikely. Given that highly secret excavation is in progress out there, the question would have to be for what? Since hardening for Nuclear Strikes is unlikely, we have enough C3 and C5 sites, and storage of strategic assets is not practical there, the options dwindle. Possibly an underground hanger complex to mask the development of a large ground-based fast-mover? Any guidance beyond that theory?
