With all the construction going on out there, I'm betting he's just a carpenter with a clever little sticker. I'd put one on my truck too! Was there any other stickers on the truck. Such as "Union Yes " or "Work better, live union???" etc. I never understood why union guys put such stickers on their beat up pick up trucks. If I was the local's Business Agent, I'd be like stop putting those stickers on your piece 'o crap trucks. Put them on your wife's Mercedes' AMG class or something! Lol... Did the truck have Government or NV plates???
