That makes sense. I had a tool box that I took with me to every military installation I visited. I would always be given stickers from the units and projects we worked with and I always put the stickers on the toolbox. I must have had at hundred or so. I have never seen a sticker like that, which of course means nothing. By the way, I eventually gave that tool box to my kids and never saw it again. I am assuming that it made it's way to the land of lost tools.
