Definitely too similar to the sticker that this site has in the store section to be just an artistic bored Area 51 worker. Doubt they would let him put a sticker on his truck unless it had meant something. Twenty years ago in the USMC, we sure weren't allowed to put stickers any old place. Another researcher who has an extensive website dedicated to Area 51 suggested that the diamonds represent stealth. He was not sure of the complete meaning of the sticker.
