I spotted this on Google Earth, and went on a GIANT hike to go see what it is. So, help me? This picture is unhelpful.

This thing's surrounded by a fence, the main road in you see there has a "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" sign, but you can hike and reach this unobstructed path right up to the thing from a really obscure nature trail. This photo is as far as I was willing to go, I refused to step over the edge into the actual field there. This look immediately familiar to anyone?
