You are right: These rumors seem to pop up from time to time. However, rest assured, there is no more truth to them this time than there was previously. There are certainly other locations that are also involved in Black Projects, but Area 51 is as active as ever. No change in the Janet flights (in fact, they have just upgraded most of the fleet to newer planes) or in the number of cars parked at the "bus stops" along Hwy. 93 and 318/375. Just recently a large new hangar has been constructed there, as well as several other new buildings.
