A covert insertion blimp is an oxymoron; stealth without speed is useless. If a stealth insertion blimp was located, it would be a slow, sitting duck full of SpecOps troops. Nope, not something a SpecOps planner would allow. A covert high altitude recon platform, or inter-theater prime mover is much more logical. Since there has been no sightings to speak of, the landings of such a vehicle would be in a location such as A51, but where else? Sure wouldn't be at conventional military bases, but at locations where it could not only land unobserved, but be hangared, and THAT seems to be the limiting parameter. There are no hangars big enough that I have recently seen that could house such a monster. It can't just dissappear during the day, but has to go SOMEWHERE!
