Read the comments on youtube, they clearly explain what the plane does. Its a testbed for the F22. I'm a fan of the F22, but as a taxpayer it pisses me off they blow this kind of money on development for a fighter that's apparently been obsoleted by UCAV technology already.... I cant even fathom how expensive it was to weld an f-22 wing setup to the head of a 757 and then certify it flightworthy. Jesus, no wonder the defense budget is insane....
