Not to carry this thread much farther but the distance from the Base to Tikaboo is 23 miles. Anyone who has photographed from the peak can testify that over the years nothing much has showed up except new construction. Drive 23 miles away from your house and turn around. Cant see much even with good optics. A balloon launched closer to the base is a security issue.
