The F-15SE hasn't flown yet. I don't think it would be tested at Area 51 except, perhaps, for RCS measurements. It's not exactly a secret project if they are releasing detailed photos and other information.

F-15s were flown at Area 51 in the late 1970s and 1980s during tests of HAVE BLUE and the F-117A. They were used for intercept tests. Col. larry McClain was flying chase in an F-15 for HAVE BLUE when Ken Dyson had to eject. McClain buzzed an approaching Air Force vehicle to keep unauthorized personnel out of the crash area.
