I have no information to back this up, but I wouldnot be too terribly surprised if there were a couple of road sensors on the last part of the access road. The only difficulty would be the repeater location, which would have to be on public land.

The peak can easily be monitored from Bald Mountain. And I imagine it is. I have never bothered to do this, but it may be interesting to bring a sensitive frequency counter up to Tikaboo...

Contrary to some beliefs, the site on Badger Mountain, which can be seen from Tikaboo, is only a repeater for the Red Flag ACMI system. No camera or other monitoring equipment there. The same goes for Mt. Irish.
