If you read deep into the threads at the bottom of this Santa Cruz article, there are a few comments on military vehicles and radar trucks around Pigeon point and Loma Prieta and another says they didnt look like military, but all the vehicles were unmarked and white but a few were boxy radar or satilite trucks.Do You think there could be a connection?
