Thanks for the post. The zulu times in the NOTAMS translate to these times in PST:

Mon, 2/23: 11:00am - 2:30pm and 6:15pm - 10:00pm
Tue, 2/24: 11:00am - 2:30pm and 6:15pm - 10:00pm
Wed, 2/25: 11:00am - 2:30pm and 6:15pm - 10:00pm
Thu, 2/26: 11:00am - 2:45pm and 6:15pm - 10:15pm
Fri, 2/27: 11:00am - 2:45pm and 6:15pm - 10:15pm

Similar to the previous Red Flag, but longer sortie times. Best photo ops around Coyote Summit should be roughly between noon and 2pm, Monday thru Friday.
