Since it came up, here is a photo of Snoopy guarding Lockheeds Helendale RCS facility. There has not been much activity there lately, or at any of the other RCS facilities we know of. Most RCS testing nowadays takes place in computer simulations, long before the first prototype is ever built.
Snoopy is not alone, though. Within minutes of hanging out at the gate, we were greeted by a voice from a speaker "Can I help you?..."
