Yes, that is the front entrance of the Las Vegas Janet terminal. In fact, the photo appears to have been taken from an upper floor of the Tropicana hotel. Exactly where we will set up our Janet viewing suite for the Area 51 Conference in August.

Not sure about the "ghosts". Ron may be onto something :-) , but then, the effect may be caused simply by the long exposure time.
