I think what looks like photo editing may be artifacts from image compression. Similar artifacts can be seen around the runway numbers. I would agree that it looks like a small UAV that has landed, or aborted a take-off. Under normal circumstances a small UAV would never need the full length of that runway, unless it has a malfunction or is in the early stages of development.
