I think most know of the technology & development of armored vehicles being wrapped by fiber optics(?) in a way in which they appear to be invisible. From what I have seen these vehicles would be difficult to see due to the projection of what is behind them displaying onto the front - creating a mirage of sorts. Coupling this technology with lighter then air blimps would produce a vehicle that would be quiet and very difficult to see. This would create a vehicle in a scale smaller then the "heavy load" vehicles mentioned. Craft as such would be ideal for troop insertion & extraction as well as a potential weapons or surveillance platform. While I have not seen any literature on this nor any documentaries - I have my own reasons to speculate on such craft existing. Forgive me if there are some reports on this & feel free to post any links that anyone would know of. I am not sure if 'fiber optics' is the correct technology in this - I'm no expert nor am I making any wild claims.
