Their is land for sale in Rachel. Some are sold in 10 acre parcels. Don't be misled by the prices the prison developer says he paid or what its worth. Their is a lady real estate agent who has some for sale signs in Rachel. Her office is in Alamo. A google search should turn her up. The water is by your own well and the sewage is by septic tank. Their is electric available but be aware that they will charge you for the installation based on the distance from the power pole. All of these costs can add up to tens of thousnads of dollars so beware. Iam sure that Joerg will have more detailed info.
