I definitely don't have any info on the Vision Airlines plane. Somebody on a different forum posted left a comment and said it was going to be a Janet Plane after if was painted. That is all I know about it. I figured when I took the picture that the Janet Planes were parked around it due to the construction going on at the Janet Terminal.
