The DOE guards will contact you if the spirit moves them. [TTR gate, cedar pass, perhaps points near the perimeter.] There are stories on the net of the TTR guards removing people from the hills when the F117s used to be based there.

The cammo dudes only speak to the privileged few, though those who have had the dudes speak to them don't think of it as a privilege.

Remember that most of the border is not fenced, and that is problem regarding border crossing. You can screw up very easily.

Joerg has a good photo of the border at Cedar Pass where the signs just sneak up on you while driving. There is a very small sign at the TTR near the gate indicating the TTR boundary, with a road on both sides of this sign. You really do need to be very observant.

There is some sort of offical ET Highway brochure from the state of Nevada. Their advice is never go near the border at night. Now personally, once you know where the border is located, you can violate this rule with caution.
