I saw some of these on my one and only trip to Freedom Ridge before the land grab. They appear to be about the size of a basketball and made of aluminum with an opening in the bottom for the pole they are on. They appear to be passive, but that may not be the case given who is involved. In the case of the Freedom Ridge trip, the Cammo Dudes were well aware of my presence before I got to the balls, but the balls must sense something, or they may be a psychological ploy.
