I live in Reno and have been to the project shoal site. The red boxes are there also. i have inquired about them but haven't received any answers. i,m sure the contamination is on the move. the fault they blasted the bomb over has had some movement, nothing serious. i have noticed that there has been ground movement in the faultless area also. may be a good place for the prison..hmm.bad me
