Thank you for posting your find here, Scot. I figure it gets more exposure in the forum. In addition I have added your post to the Trip Reports section. As I said in my email, I am not sure what is going on up there, but someone is spending a lot of cash for road improvements and equipment. If this was anywhere near Vegas, and not in an area that is contaminated with radiation, my first thought would be test drilling for water. This was even done in Tikaboo Valley, near Groom Lake Road, a couple of years ago. But given the proximity to Ground Zero of Project Faultless, I doubt that is the case here. DataRemote sells cell phone modems. It looks like the site you photographed is a basic cell phone site to provide service for whoever works on the equipment. I am curious to hear what our readers make of this. Thanks again for sharing this with us.
