I agree with Hank. This is extremely relevant. Once again greed is put ahead of good people, and I would go as far to say, the interest of the US. As much as we love to visit Rachel, people live there and live there for the peace and tranquility. Prisons don't just house prisoners, but attract an element that can only be described as shady. On the bright side, maye some psycho will escape and accidentally run into the base. It would be a bonus to the "human factors" tests. I am sad for Rachel
I am sure the USAF is not to happy about the idea either. I am sure the cammo dudes will have thier hands full with those who do not know the "rules" we who visit live by. I am sure that will make it woesr for us, who want to observe withe the respect we have always had.
