I own land there so I have something to lose here but this isn't gonna happen. Toreson has had alot of crazy ideas, none of which worked. His obstacle will be getting workers, he won't be able to. I doubt any private prison company would even agree to take over a facility out there. It may be built but it will remain empty. Joerg, what conditions were set for this idiot?
