Yea, it was early when I typed that, it is 16.5k per acre, ridiculous. If you look at his website as he just updated it this week, it still has no mention of a prison, he has it marked "industrial land". Another thing I thought about on the way home, people who work at the prison are not gonna want to live next door or across the street from it. You would have to be a lunatic to want that.
