Thank you all for your support in this matter. In addition to posting here in the forum, it would be a huge help if you could email your concerns to "norachelprison@yahoo.com". That email address has been set up specifically for concerned people to voice their opinion. All letters of protest etc. sent to that email address will be presented to the County Commission at the meeting in Rachel. The more the better. Thank you all once again for your support!
