A friend and I are planning on heading up to Rachel (or nearby) to camp this coming Monday night and hopefully get a glimpse of some of the red flag exercises. We live in Vegas so its not too far. I have been out once before and this is his first trip. I am looking for recommendations on where to camp, what to bring ect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I have a 200mm Nikon Lens which is pretty lame so I cant go up to tikaboo and get good pictures so that is probably out. He has a 4wd vehicle but its an expensive luxury car and we dont wanna go balls out on these unmaintained roads either. thanks in advance!
