I think this may be true. If it is, the guy was extremely lucky, especially considering that he had pro photo equipment in his truck. It goes without saying that I don't recommend anyone try this. If he was able to convince the cammos that he was lost they may have let him go, especially with him being a foreign national. OTOH, if he actually drove 1/4 mile in he must have made it within sight of the Guard Shack, which is hidden around a curve, about 1.5 miles from the signs. I am surprised that they did not make him sign the usual nondisclosure forms at least.
