Now we are to assume that because 1 sign changed that the CIA is running the base without the military? Has anybody bothered to check the sign at the back gate or Cedar gate? I think we are really putting way too much into this. Heck, my local Air National Guard base has the "deadly force authorized" signs and as I said earlier - they are a common sign at military installations........
