Agreed. As an American and a taxpayer......one should certainly expect something more to show for the enormous amounts of tax dollars being spent apparently on such items. I'm a very pro-defense individual but I'm also a huge proponent of the efficient and well-accounted-for use of the money. I hate waste. As for the car clock? No idea. Are you alleging "missed time" or anything like that?

As for the clock/time thing........I can see the time on mobile phones changing. I work in that industry and networks can do some strange things at times or there could have been a scheduled network systems check at the time that did this on purpose.
