this one of those things I think about a lot. I was recently talking to someone about the moving of the base and he had a good point. The AF has lots of airspace in NV and again the location of Groom lake. To answer (somewhat) your question it is still an amazing place to test this stuff. We don't know how deep so to speak the base goes, there could be more aircraft that we may never see. They could be monitor people more closly around the base and postpone tests if they really wanted to. I guess my point is they could be doing more testing and have more planes than anyone could think. Then again I could be totally wrong...
