does look a bit like an SR-71 profile, but as said already the dates don't match up - the account seems a bit contrived - it seems to match up a bit too much with the alledged PACL "drones" sightings.
unfortnuately there's no way to verify the date the photo was taken - it could have been shot 15 years ago and scanned.
