I am afraid you can't do that either, sorry! The restricted area, marked in red on the GE plug-in, also applies to the airspace for civilian traffic. The Groom airspace, marked in yellow, is special in that not even military pilots during Red Flag are allowed there.
One exception to the air space restriction over the NTTR is R-4807A (the 70's ranges). On weekends, when the ranges are "cold", civilian traffic is allowed to use the shortcut across a corridor between the NTS in the south and the EC ranges in the north.
