Was it a dirt rd or paved,paved is Cedar,dirt is the other roads.Cedar is public,it is easy to go across the border before you realise,then you get to the guard shack.Depending on what sherrif delt depends on which location the incident took place.Cedar would have been Nye.All other on the East side Lincoln.
