No one is spot on the money. The given coordinates is the protoype installation of the Jindalee Over the Horizon, completed in the 1990s. This is now a research radar and there are two operational radars that make up the Jindalee Operational Radar (JORN), at Laverton in Western Australia and Longreach in Queensland.There was meant to be 3 operational radars but the budget was cut.

If you listen to gossip, with all three radars pointing at the same bit of sky, it is possible to pick up stealth aircraft.How accurate that is, I don't know.
