I looked at this when it was first posted. He has either made some kind of a mistake in labeling the GE placemark (and I can’t figure out just how he would have come up with those numbers) or.. Anyway, the real coordinates are at the bottom of the GE window in the footer.

It sure looked to me like a tall tower with anchor wires. I did an ACMA search for transmitter sites at that lat/long and the closest listed site is some 7.5km north at Dandaragan. I’ve used the ACMA lat/long search quite a bit and while it’s listing can be a coupla 100m or so off I’ve never know it to be completely wrong or missing. So, it’s a receive only tower??
