There are a number of thermal cameras now on the market. In my work, I've used a lot of Cohu cameras, but not their thermal imaging stuff. I was told by their sales staff that the thermal imagers "weren't real expensive", whatever that means. Their basic pan-tilt-zoom camera for visible/low light is around $3k. In addition to the twin turret camera I've linked to below, here's also the URL for a single turret thermal imager version, which is much sleeker and sexier. I'm guessing it is around $7k or $8k, but I don't know for sure.
