I don't know of any HAM operators in Rachel. I have never seen a HAM antenna on any of the properties there. And I don't think there is a repeater within range from Rachel. There is a repeater on Angel Peak near Las Vegas, but I doubt that it can be reached from Rachel. Maybe from parts of Tikaboo Valley, or the Queen City Summit area.
