Any kind of ID or pass a person may keep once they're no longer employed in a secure environment are really of no use. Security is always layered from the inside out with access contingent upon current lists maintained inside the facility. On my last day working in a secure facility I signed documentation on my way out and surrendered all passes, ID's, pens, papers and even my on-site sneakers before I walked out the door. I couldn't have turned around to use the bathroom once I was out the door and through the gate.
