One can never have enough scanner channels so when I had an opportunity to aquire a Uniden BC996T I went for it. The scanner is still trying to teach me how to program it. I downloaded several scanner interface programs with frequency grab feature but no joy yet. I want to get the radio ready for our next A51 explore so we're going to the Edwards area with all my electronic ears on. Data acquisition mission.
Now for the questions. Since Area 51 is a part of the Edwards complex I would assume the trunking frequencies are the same?
What kind of radio(s) does Joerg have?
Does anybody actually have a funtional dynamic memory trunking scanner that works?
