There appear to be some tests going on at Area 51 and / or TTR involving the V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft. The last two Fridays two V-22 were seen over Rachel. Last Friday, March 14, 2008, I recorded the attached audio clip on 375.800MHz. The two V-22, call sign "Raven 91" and "Raven 92" can be heard talking to controller "Blonde Girl", and to "Ramrod". The mission was aborted, and "Raven 91" RTB'd to Silverbow. "Raven 92" RTB'd to "Home Plate", which is likely Area 51.

There is an interesting reference to "Raven 91" flying with "eyes closed" while RTB. Not sure what that means. Any comments?
