My grandfather landed a Cessna 172 on a highway in Shaumburg IL in the mid 70's. He had a fuel emergency. (meaning he didn't plan right for the amount of fuel he needed to make it to o'hare) The FAA came and took apart his plane and put it on a truck and put it in hock. He got a huge fine, and his license suspended. Try this and let me know what happens..
